What is sola wood?
Our flowers are handmade from sola wood. This wood is derived from the plant used for tapioca. Our flowers come from trusted suppliers and quality control is of utmost importance. Sola flowers are lightweight and foamy feeling, creating a completely realistic flower look.
Do you do any fresh florals?
We do not provide any fresh florals. Our flowers are either sola wood or high quality silks. Our greenery and fillers are mostly faux, but we do use some preserved and dried materials. We are dedicated to "forever" bouquets and therefore do not use any live or fresh materials.
How far in advance should I order?
We are becoming busier and busier, so if you want to ensure availability, we suggest at least 3 to 6 months in advance for a wedding or event and 6 weeks for home decor. A rush fee for a wedding or event may be added to orders booked within 5 weeks of the due date.
When should I expect to receive my wedding order?
During booking, a due date will be discussed, but the average time for items being shipped is 2-4 weeks, for pickup is 1-2 weeks and delivery and setup is one week.
What are the approximate shipping costs?
Most items ship between $25 and $50 for larger orders where shipping may be higher.
How custom can we make it?
We do our best to accommodate as many styles of flowers and greeneries possible. We customize each detail - color, size, shape and theme.
Do I get to see a preview before shipping or pickup?
YES! You can be as little or as much involved as you want! We will send pictures once complete to ensure 100% satisfaction.
How do I pay?
We accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and most credit cards. Local pickup may pay with cash. We take a 25-50% deposit on every custom order.
How do I care for my flowers?
To preserve the life of your flowers please store them in a cool dry place. Do not keep in air tight containers or places with excessive moisture as the flowers are made from natural wood which needs to breathe. Keep out of direct sunlight for extended periods of time to preserve the color of your flowers. To dust, use a spray air can or hairdryer set to cool.
